Udupi, Sep 22: A book on ‘Indian Corporate Law’ written by Dr Herald Monis, associate professor, HOD of Commerce, Milagres College, Kallianpur was released recently.
Prof Sreepada M, principal, S M S.College, Brahmavar and immediate past president of Mangalore University Commerce Teachers’ Association (MUCTA) released the book. Correspondent of the college Fr Stany B Lobo presided over the function. Campus Director Rev. Fr Dr Anil Prakash Castelino and publisher of the book P V Krishnan Iyer were the guests of honour.
Nagaraj compered the programme. The book will be useful for the VI semester BCom student of Mangalore University. Principal Dr Vincent Alva welcomed the gathering. Dr Herald Monis proposed the vote of thanks.
