K'pur: Janmashtami of Goddess Mookambika Celebrated at Kollur

Kundapur, Jun 11: It was a grand celebration of Janmashtami of goddess Sri Mookambika at Kollur Temple on Tuesday June 10.

Shatachandika Yaga, which began on Friday June 6, culminated with great devotion on the occasion.

Meanwhile, various pujas were offered to goddess in the presence of Sri Raghaveshwar Swamiji of Ramachandrapur Math. Swamiji also blessed the devotees on the occasion.

Later, the chariot of goddess Sri Mookambika was pulled on the streets amidst glittering lights.
