Allegations against Amit Shah's son have no basis: Rajnath

New Delhi, Oct 10 (PTI): Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said allegations against BJP president Amit Shah's son have no basis and there was no need for any investigation.

Inaugurating the new headquarters of the National Investigation Agency here, the minister said such allegations are levelled "from time to time".

"Such allegations have surfaced in the past too. They are levelled from time to time. It has no basis," he told reporters on the sidelines of the function.

News portal The Wire reported that a firm owned by Shah's son Jay Amit Shah saw a huge rise in turnover after the BJP came to power in 2014.

The charge has been rejected by the BJP and Shah's son, who termed the report "false, derogatory and defamatory".

If allegations against Jay has no basis then prove it. Why are you hesitating to order a SC ordered probe and prove that you are right?????. You are not an authority to just say no need for probe. We don't believe you and accept your word of mouth. There are authorized, competent and dedicated laws and rules to verify these allegations.

Looks like NIA become Negative Imaged Agency hence they only interested in investigation of some muslim mens marriage to Hindu girls in Kerala and no time for them any crime or scandals. Even they are not interested to investigate Advani's daughter, Murali Manohar Joshi's daughter, Ashok Singhal's daughter's marriage to muslim men, Amir Khan's marriage to Hindu girl etc etc but only interested with some people in Kerala and act like a puppet of BJP just to destroy the communal harmony in Kerala. Where is CBI, IT, ED etc etc...If it is opposition party, they are on full swing in action.
This is the ache din we expected and we got it.

Dear Modiji...pls open your mouth and at least have some word regarding this subject whether it's pro Shah or anti Shah (never expected:)).

Jai Hind and God bless my India.

If allegations have no basis then please answer 3 questions

    1. Temple enterprises is registered as a spice & pulses trader then how it got subsidised loan / project from IREDA to do wind mill project ??

    2. Why & How a private entity owned by BJP MLA gave a loan of 15.25 crore to temple enterprise when the total annual turnover of that company itself was 7 crore

    3. how a company can make a turnover of 80 crore in a year when its previous best was 50K unless he stumbled on a gold mine or a diamond mine in his back pocket ? and moreover why the company closed showing a loss of 1.5 crore just before demonetisation ?

Just coz BJP protected your son from shady deals / taking commission for jobs in ministry after Modi was elected , you are paying back ??

As I remember Kejriwal said that between 2007 and 2010 Vadra's wealth grew from Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 300 crore in three years but Varda or Gandhi family did not file defamation case at all...

Now once again baseless allegation against Amit Shah's son BUT I am welcome and waiting the out come of 100 crores defamation suit against baseless allegation.

    Let court decide....

Many cases like 2G, coal scam, Herald etc were investigated based on the complaint by individuals like Subramanya Swami. Then congress government not initiated the probe by themselves. Later on when court found prima facie evidence asked the investigation agencies to conduct enquiry.

Similarly, Congress is having so many so called best lawyers like Sibbal, Chidu, Manish etc. If they are so confident about Amit Shah son's case, they must immediately file a PIL and initiate probe through courts.
We have many examples like fake allegations from Kujli, Manish Tiwari etc who alleged so many corruption cases against Gadkari. One is facing trouble and appointed Jetmalani and other one apologized. It is easy to allege but you must stand with your allegation. Why congress or any other opposition party is afraid?

Now the Amit Sha's son already filed defamation case. During the trial it will automatically lead to investigation, because the opposite party must justify its allegation. If the opposite party wins then there will be an investigation. First provide prima facie evidence. Otherwise court will not accept any case.

For BJP, Robert Vadra is a reality and For BJP, Jay Shah is fake, allegation and concocted. Any allegations against BJP is anti National. So whatever BJP says is Bhagwad Gita Truth.
