Sushma calls on visiting Afghan President

New Delhi, Oct 24 (IANS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj called on visiting Afghan President Ashraf Ghani here on Tuesday and discussed issues of bilateral and regional interests.

"#Neighbourhoodfirst. EAM @SushmaSwaraj calls on visiting Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in New Delhi. Bilateral & regional issues discussed," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.

Ghani arrived here on Tuesday morning on a daylong working visit during the course of which he will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind and hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
