Karkala, Jun 24: Well-known yakshagana artiste Raghavendra Bhat (73) passed away  at his residence at Hirgan here on Monday June 23.

Bhat had also been the organizer of Sringeri Mela till recently. He was also the trustee of Sri Kundeshwaara temple at Hirgana near here.

He is survived by two daughters and five sons.
