Udupi, Jul 10: Oswald Paul Rodrigues, a resident of St Theresa’s Church, Kemmannu, has been officially appointed the Christian marriage registrar for Udupi district by the state government under the order of the President of India.

An advocate by profession, Rodrigues is an active member of Kemmannu parish. He has also served as the president of the old students’ association of St Philomena school, Kemmannu. He can be contacted at 9242817341.
