Definitely there should be a Warden who takes responsibility of whole Hostel..Incase if there is no Warden or any ast..like Hostel servants..then it's big mistake of Authorities. There should be a responsible administration to  take care of whole Hostel..

This is very sad news indeed.Although it is a freak accident, will the aothorities responsible for the hostel be questioned as to why safety issues were not looked into especially since young school children were staying in the hostel? What will they tell Ashiq's parents? Allah give them patience to bear this loss.
