Mumbai: Ambarnath Kannada teachers hold cultural programme

Mumbai, Jan 31: Kannada teachers residing at Ambarnath held a cultural programme in Ambarnath on Sunday January 28 to provide children a platform for their talents.

Mallinath Jalade presided over the programme.

Nikhil Valekar and local sub division education inspector Chandrakanth Bhandary gave away prizes to winners of the competitions. Model teacher Siddalingappa Kasappa Keshagonda and Durgappa U Kotiavar were felicitated.



Teachers and women presented dances, drama and songs.

Srimantha Kattimani delivered the keynote address.

Unnaya Anand Bhavikati and Ambaji Katagaon compered the programme.

Siddarama Khilari proposed the vote of thanks.
