Cow smuggler killed in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Feb 27 (DHNS): One more cow smuggler was killed under mysterious circumstances while being chased by the police in Alwar district of Rajasthan. Around 25 cattle heads were recovered from his vehicle, the police confirmed.

According to the police, Anas Mohammed, 35, a resident of Nuh at Alwar and Haryana border, was crushed to death under the wheels of a truck carrying bovines when he jumped off the vehicle. Acting on a tip-off received by the Dausa police, a vehicle smuggling cows was being chased by the police on Sunday when the incident took place.

Alwar SP Rahul Prakash said, "Police were following the vehicle. There was an exchange of fire. However, no one was hit. Anas was sitting next to the driver, and he tried to flee by jumping off the vehicle, but got crushed under the same truck."

"In an attempt to escape, Anas and the driver had already broken the windshield. The driver was able to escape, while Anas got under the wheels of the moving truck," Prakash added.

His body was handed over to his family on Monday after a post-mortem at Alwar government hospital.

According to the police, there was an earlier case of cow smuggling against Anas.

The Alwar police, looking for the absconding driver, have meanwhile lodged a case under at Raini police station under IPC sections 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 307 (attempt to murder).

India is a land of fools. Some people are hell-bent on making India a laughing stock of the world.

    Hemanth,

We all learned by writing with pencils, the more sharper its head, the neater our writing came along. But to some people the writing should be thicker for it to enter their brains, and as deeper as a drill can carve. We had a friend who used to joke saying: need to be drilled it on the forehead with a tool used to pound paddy (Ujjer in Tulu - I don't know what it is called in English). Therefore, I am copy-pasting again what I told Raj below :

    Quote
VARANASI: The managing committee of Kashi Jivdaya Vistarini Gaushala evam Pashushala has landed in troubled waters as an FIR has been lodged against it with Jansa police on the order of additional chief judicial magistrate-I court.
This FIR has been lodged on the basis of allegations leveled by a social activist Dharmendra Kumar Singh that the cattle recovered by police from smugglers in Varanasi and Chandauli districts between 2001and 2014 and given under the custody of this Gaushala had been sold to butchers by its managing committee.

This time you drill it with 'Ujjer' - please don't make mockery of your own worship of a living being, that is in general a domesticated animal for others.

    @Jenifer

Thats my point!...the guilty has to be punished without a second thought regardless of religion. wonder y u took so much trouble to copy-paste, ur taking too much stress :)

I totally understand ur soft corner towards these thieves.. probably u did not understand my point of view..I suggest u go thru my statement once again and read between the lines.. let me get things straight..

referring to Paul's remarks on the beef consumption by some community which he has not mentioned bt it is well understood..i made a statement saying it is an individual choice...correct me if I am wrong. Further, i made it very clear that illegal slaughtering which leads to robbery and stealing cattle should be stopped. This is not acceptable. Some treat these domestic animals as one of their family members..i am sure u don't..imagine one of ur friend.. so called 'thief' stealing and selling it off and there is no way u can trace...hw does tht feel? As per the incident in Varanasi, it is a shameful act and should be punished without mercy. Honestly, I dont know what message were u trying to convey.. anyways.

    Hope the above clarifies.. :)

    Good question?????unfortunatley nobody to answer...
Nothing will happen to them as thye are not exporting cows ...they exproting beef.....
Just to tell you if you go to Bangalore beef market...Or some beef markets in other cities ...These Protest have no guts to enter into these places nor the polices nor any officers...
These are only doing showing off cow ...bow bow....because thye dont have anyother topics...
If you see in hotel Mangalal Or in Dolphin or costas with lunch 1/2 plate beef sukka /chilly who are the highest personal ordering beef dishes
Visit Kankanady beef stall there thye want to buy beef but no guts to come alone so they come with other community friends to buy beef.
    this is fact

@Paul.. Gosh man... whts wrong with u??? R u some kind of a detective wandering in and around mlre to see who is buying & eating beef.. grow up!.. ur taking the whole subject to another level..

I am a hindu by religion and I dont eat beef..but I eat pork which is one of my fav.. nobody is stopping you or me to consume beef or pork.. it is their individual choice. The question here is y r these morons stealing cattle?.. we are against illegal slaughter which is happening everywhere.. I would suggest Mr.Paul, since u have lot of time investigating abt other community buying/eating beef, I would suggest plse visit outskirts of mlre where ur so called 'friends' steal cattle from farms/houses. I am sure ur aware of ur friends activities.. :)

    Raj,

The small excerpt I paste below, let me know if you understand as to where the thieves get the supply from, by reading it yourself, or you need further explanation.
