Panaji, Aug 28: The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs will be conducting state level selection trials on August 30, 008 at Youth Hostel, Miramar, Panaji-Goa from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm in order to select the best 25 participants, boys and girls for being deputed to participate in the 214th National Adventure Programme to be held from October 5 to 11,  2008 at Panchmari.(M.P.)

The above Adventure Programme will include the activities like Trekking, Boating, Horse Riding, Rack Climbing, Rappelling, Rifle Shooting, Pistol Shooting, Archery, Skating etc.

All youths in the age group of 12 to 45 years of age who are medically and physically fit and can strain of trekking for 12 to 20 Kilometers per day are eligible to attend the selection trials.

They should report to Sunil Gawas, ZSO at Youth Hostel, Miramar with age proof and any other credential Certificates / Certificates of Achievements in the field of Sports / Art and Culture / Adventure Programme etc.
