Senior vice president of Franklin University USA Dr Close, Krishna Palemar, Ramanath Rai, Abhaychandra Jain, U T Khader, Nagaraj Shetty, Amarnath Shetty, Dr Mohan Alva and other dignitaries will be participating in the inaugural.

Dr Close will be giving a free informational talk on 'Educational training in USA' at a programme being organised at 5 pm the same day at Goldfinch Hotel near Jyothi Circle in the city.
