New Delhi, Apr 29 (IANS): It was sunny Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy in the day ahead," an India Meteorological Department official (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 40 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 60 per cent.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 39.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.
