Youth found dead in J&K

Srinagar, May 17 (IANS): The body of a youth was found on Thursday lying in an orchard in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipora district.

Police identified the deceased as 23-year-old Hilal Ahmad. Residents had discovered Ahmad's body inside the orchard in Hajin area.

"The youth belonged to Hajin. An FIR has been registered," a police officer said.

In April, the headless body of a youth was found in the same area. Police had blamed the the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) for that brutal murder.
