Mangaluru May 29: Radhika Chethan and Ananth Nag starrer 'Hottegagi Genu Battegagi' which was released last Friday has been receiving good response from the audience for its innovative subject. The movie has been a talking point for its story, screenplay and its star cast which definitely can turn to be a family entertainer.

‘Hottegagi Genu Battegagi’ is all about an elderly lone man who strives hard to live. Shyam Prasad (Ananth Nag) is a retired widower who finds hard to live without receiving any kind of pension and decides to work to earn the daily bread at his old age.
It is Shravya (Radhika Chethan) who is an independent business woman decides to offer job in her company to Shyam Prasad. The film is about the journey of an elderly retired man and an independent business woman who are in a live-in relationship.
The film has been ably and sensibly directed by Narendra Babu with emphasis on live-in relationship, difficulties faced by elderly men and independent businesswomen.
Both Ananth Nag and Radhika Chethan have done justice to their roles. The veteran actor Ananth Nag is huge plus point in the movie and his experience on screen looked handy in this movie. While Radhika Chethan has shown great presence on screen trying to match up with veteran after her successful back to back hits in her career.
‘Hottegagi Genu Battegagi’ is high on confidence with a new young technical team which has done a stupendous work throughout the movie.
The locations in Middle East countries and in India have been captured well by cameraman Das.
‘Hottegagi Genu Battegagi’ is a good watch for the family and for Ananth Nag fans.
Ananth Nag has yet again joined hands with producer Harish Sherigar after ‘March 22’.
The movie is definitely going to win the hearts of cine-goers.
