Excellent move. If all the Private Institution teachers – Minority and Non-Minority ones, are brought under this rule and payment monitored by the Education department requiring the Management to deposit the salary with the education department so that the teachers get just wages like Government teachers it will be a blessing. Had Mr Modi nationalized or atleast brought in Social Control by monitoring these - employee salaries in schools and hospitals, school fees, hospital charges etc., instead of doing stupid things like demonetization; opening Jan Dhan accounts in which corrupt money got lodged during demonetization; promising to get back black money into India; letting industrialists to loot, scoot and boot the banks resulting in NPAs; he would have been worshiped by the masses. Today citizens are struggling to meet the school fees and hospital bills which are sky rocketing. Problem in our country is all the black money is converted to white through these educational institutions and hospitals which are charitable institutions. Hope other State Governments will follow the MP Government.
