Puttur: Intent to break public peace – five arrested

Puttur, Jun 3: Five persons, who were trying to disrupt public peace, were arrested by Puttur town police on Saturday, June 3.

Abdul Nasir from Idkidu, Yousuf from Kabaka, Sirazuddin from Kula, Abdul Rauf from Kotekar and Ibrahim Khalil from Talapady are the persons arrested.

It is said that these people fought among themselves and disrupted the vehicular movement at Kabaka Junction here during Saturday afternoon. Sub-inspector Ajay Kumar D N, who received the complaint from the public, went there with police personnel Mohan and Manjunatha and found that the group was trying to break the public peace.

Puttur town police have registered a case.

    As for Mahabharata, stop your crap, many people unrelated to the religion know more about Ramayana/Mahabharata - especially than those who call test-tube, pushpak vimaan, etc. to have existed in ancient times.

    I must warn you, do not make fun of other religions. Not when yours own scriptures have so many mysteries that you are unable to explain. Because, if asked, you may find if difficult to explain why Maatha Parvathi did not biologically bear any of her three children.
