Udupi, Jun 7: Relating to the death of cattle trader, Hussainabba (62) from Jokatte here, near Perdoor on May 30, head constable of Hiriadka police station, Mohan Kotwal, had moved bail application. The application, which came up for consideration before the court on Wednesday June 6, was rejected.
Mohan Kotwal, one of the accused in the case of alleged murder, had moved his bail application in the court on June 4. The additional civil court here, before which the application was placed on Wednesday, rejected the application.

Senior assistant public prosecutor, Praveen Kumar R N, who appeared on behalf of the prosecution, raised objections to the bail application in the court.
