Mangaluru, Jun 17: 'Inland Estoria', a residential apartment project from In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd, was inaugurated by chairman of Kunil Group Dr Fakhruddin Kunil at Bishop Victor Road, Valencia here on Sunday, June 17.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Fakhruddin Kunil said, "It is my privilege to inaugurate this beautiful apartment 'Inland Estoria'. This building is one of the landmarks here in Mangaluru."
Chairman and managing director of In-Land Siraj Ahmed said, "'Inland Estoria" inaugurated today happens to be our 42nd project. 'Inland Estoria' is located at a prime location here in Valencia with all basic amenities for the occupants. We have completed this project on time. The best part of all this is that all the 35 flats in the building have been sold out.
“In-Land Group's projects are coming up at Pinto Lane, Kuloor-Kavoor, and Puttur. Since RERA's inception, real estate has become more disciplined and builders are supposed to complete their projects on time," he said.
Earlier in the day, Giridhar Bhat performed pooja with Hindu rituals, Riyaz Madani offered dua and parish priest of Milagres Church Fr Valerian D"Souza blessed the premises.
Directors Meraj Yusuf, Wahaj Yusuf, senior marketing manager Ullas Kadri and others were present.
