Mumbai, Sep 30: L V Amin was elected president of the Kannada Sangh, Santa Cruz, for a second consecutive term during the annual general body meeting held on Sunday September 29.
The new office-bearers are B R Poonja, vice-president, G R Bangera, honorary chief secretary, Chandrahas J Kotian, honorary chief treasurer, R P Hegde, honorary joint treasurer, and executive committee members Nityanand D Kotian, Shivaram M Kotian, B Ravindra Amin, Sujata R Shetty, Prema Kotian, Raghunath B Poojary, R K Kotian, Sudhakar Ucchil, and Shankar K Bangera.
Education committee: B Ravindra Amin, executive president, Prema R Kotian, secretary, and members Ravindra A Amin, Sudhakar Ucchil, Sadanand Anchan, Hira Salian, and Ramesh Kottary.
Social and cultural committee: Nityanand D Kotian, executive president, Sujata R Shetty, secretary, and members Laxmi M Kotian, Monappa Karkera, Prasanna Shetty, Suresh Acharya and Shankar K Bangera.
Economic committee: Shivaram M Kotian, executive president, Raghunath B Poojary, secretary, and members Chandayya Poojary, Dayanand L Karkera, Keshav Amin, and Hindumati M Karkera.
