Weapon of ex-Minister's security guard snatched in Kashmir


Srinagar, Jul 31 (IANS): Unknown persons on Tuesday overpowered the security guard of a former Minister and snatched his weapon in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

According to the police, unidentified persons overpowered Muhammad Ishaq, the security guard of former Minister and sitting MLA Abdul Haq Khan in Kupwara district and snatched his service rifle.

"A manhunt has been launched to trace the assailants," the police said.
