Central govt in row after oil companies forced to display Modi’s photos in outlets

Daijiworld Media Network

New Delhi, Aug 27: The central government led by Prime Minister (PM) Modi is now facing wrath from oil company owners after the central government forced them to display Modi's photos at their outlets.

According to a report in The Hindu, the state-owned oil companies have asked dealers operating petrol pumps to display PM Narendra Modi’s photos at their outlets following Lok Sabha polls in 2019.

S S Gogi, president of Consortium of Indian Petroleum Dealers was quoted saying, “They are asking us to display the picture of PM Modi in retail outlets and those who refuse are threatened with blocking of supplies. The government has also suggested displaying one on the scheme to provide LPG connections to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families too,"

"The consortium has decided to approach the courts since the government has asked 10 lac employees at petrol pumps across the country for personal details like their caste, religion and which constituency they are from. Such data collection by the government is a breach of privacy. We are going to court," Gogoi added.

A verbal advisory has been already given to dealers by Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Hindustan Petroleum, Indian Oil Corporation and Bharat Petroleum reportedly wrote to 59,000 petroleum dealers across the country in June, asking them to send the details of their employees for the Recognition of Prior Learning Scheme under the Prime Minister’s Skill Development Programme.

According to the dealers, government-run oil firms threatened to block supplies if the details are not provided.

Along with his photo, put Daku Amit Shah photo also and write below their photos "ABSCONDING - WANTED BY CRORES OF INDIANS FOR FOOLING & LOOTING THEM FOR THE PAST 4.5 YEARS"
When they don't have anything to show on development, such forceful method will be used to fool the voters. And our blind bhakhts will believe such fraudulent methods.
The main purpose to ask the petrol pump employees personal details like caste, religion, constituency is to know which religion they belong. If they belong to minority or Dalits, then their names will be removed from the voters list. Why I am saying this because, 3 of my family members names were not existing the this years Karnataka assembly election voter list of our constituency. We came to know only when we reached the polling booth. Upon asking and arguing, election officials answer was 'we can't do anything'. Not only ours, many others names were not appearing in the list. This is a pre planned master plan of BJP to reduce votes of minorities, most of whom vote against BJP, so that their candidate can win.
So my request is, please do not share your personal details to such people. And well in advance of the next parliament elections, make sure to go and check your name in the voter list is there or not.
Our word to Pradhan Sevak Modi is, if you have courage, then don't go for these kind of cheap rated methods to win the elections. All Indians are not fools to fall prey to you and your party's dirty tricks.
We all know, it would be very difficult for you to come again in 2019. Let whoever be the PM candidate from opposition side. But you will not win. More than the opposition party's, main opposition is there within your BJP party only ,who doesn't want you to become PM again.

It's utmost required and necessary to display photo of able prime minister in all outlets. Reason behind during congress regime all oil companies incurred heavy loss which made ex-chequer empty. No profit ever recorded. Companies ghate mein chaltha tha..like air-india..jet airways. For that reason congress government changed many ministers like Late Murali Deora..Veerandra Moily..who almost failed in there efforts. Country become debt ridden kept pending money which owe to iran..saudi arabia and others. After assuming office by our good prime minister..most of debt cleared and all petroleum countries showing profit and running successfully. Congress government made hell of country earlier inspite had good economists like MMS..Chidu..Ahuliwala. In chennai..chidu in his native place own most of lands. Good to be finance minister for his family only..by wearing mundu. Ridiculous.

If a country has to be progressed, its people first needs to be deep thinkers and not just followers. Unless people status and standard of living improves, cannot make the country progress. In democracy, people who vote must ask the right questions to ensure that the elected leaders work to fulfill each and every promise made and not in this cunning manner. Here it looks like vested interest in the name of BPL or Free Gas connection.
