Bengaluru, Aug 29: Former Union minister and Karnataka chief minister Veerappa Moily said that Rafale deal is the biggest scam of the century.

He was speaking to reporters at Circuit House in city on Tuesday, August 29.

Moily stated that he will fight the coming Lok Sabha election as Congress candidate from Chikkaballapur constituency again. He sought to allay rumours making the rounds about his decision against fighting the next election from Chikkaballapur.

Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday August 28, Moily said that he had been elected twice from Chikkaballapur constituency and hence he will fight the election again from the same constituency.

Moily said that when the coalition government came into being in Karnataka, certain agreements had been reached between the coalition partners. He added that all people including chairman of coordination committee, Siddaramaiah, are bound by these agreements.

He clarified that there is no confusion or misunderstandings in the Congress-JD(S) coalition government in the state.

    A samosa vendor offered 136 Samosa's in year 2007 to person A at per Samosa cost of Rs 5. Person A did not buy it for whatever reason. Person B buys 36 Samosa's plus chutney and various undisclosed sauces at unit cost of Rs 15. In year 2018, Person A is saying that he got it cheaper than B.

    I pity the plight of congress people. PM in waiting has asked his minions to talk about Rafael in 100 cities and here is what we see. Mr. Moily has smartly not used the Reliance name while talking about the scam. Public knows at whose behest he was made Petroleum Minister in MMS govt. So he is perhaps doing a little favour to them by not mentioning their name. All parties are definitely corrupt. It is just that Congress got caught with stash and BJP has not been yet. Congress is trying hard to create a picture that BJP is more corrupt than them.

    I'm afraid he will win if Yettinahole Project is allowed to continue since he has promised the people of Chikkaballpur that he will bring them water from Nethravati River. We are not against sharing water but diversion of Nethravathi has to be stopped at all costs.

    Moily will show is presence in our costal region more frequently now onwards so that once again he may try to get a ticket for his son from Managlore constituency.
    Moily has no supporters in our twin district.
    Ramanath Rai also has kept his eye on Mangalore seat.
    Moily will not get ticket for 2019 elections. Last election he won by a margin of less than 500 votes from Chika ballapur.

    Congress has no right to speak of scam and riots. They themself are involved in such scams. BJP came from formaation of Janata Party during emergency. People had hopes in them but now all the branches of Janata Party like BJP, SP, JD(U) etc etc have totally become corrupted and BJP has become the father of corruption where their head office built within years of govt formation is an example. Today Rahul Gandhi says Congress is not involved in Sikh Riots and if congress comes to power in 2019 which will be a tough fight, they will say in congress governance there was no corruption. Look at Delhi Governance by Aam Aadmi party which is gaining international recognition in a short span of 3 1/2 years in Education and Health which is the back bone of the country and such governance we don't see in any states.
