I am not justifying what teacher has did is right. But sometime what we have been told may not be truth. Here are few points to be noted:
    1. Why does school management allowed mobiles .
    2. What made her to give mobile nbr to the teacher.
    2. Possibilities are there of affair with mutual consent
    3. Possibilities are there the messages are searched by her parents from her mobile on suspecious.

There are instances that FIR lodger many a times giving false information .

The same incident happened in my hotel in Kuwait The executive house keeper sent a message to a lady room attendant. She complained but he told after investigation he sent it by mistake. Actually that message was suppose to go to his wife. And thus he saved by himself.,after that he never look at any woman .. here also he could have apologised that the message sent by mistake

If one is intelligent would have asked a question that why students carry mobile phones to the school........
But we always want to score by painting communal and political colour to each topic and divert the main issue itself.

Mr. Naveen ...yes you are very intelligent. Donot divert your comments from the main issue. Carrying cellphone means one does not get permission to send any obscene message.

people like you are the reason why india is still considered a backward nation. nobody claimed that the girl carried her phone into her school, and even if she did how is that a bigger problem than paedophilia ?!?
