Bengaluru, Oct 20: Diehard fans of ‘The Villain’ film offered the sacrifice of buffalo after the release of film. They cut the buffalo’s head at one go and then a fan offered the poster with its blood.
The place where the buffalo was cut for offering the blood for the poster is not known. But its photo and video have gone viral in social networks.
Some fans also cut a sheep and offered its blood to the picture of Sudeep. The video of cutting the sheep in social media has become a subject of wide scale discussions.
People have lambasted the fans asking them to feed the poor in orphanages or extend financial help to poor students. “Slaughtering animals in the open and acting like stupid is not right,” they opined.
