Riyadh, Nov 11: Ismail alias Purra Ismail alias Unnimonu from Jokatte, aged about 45 years, was mercilessly murdered by some unidentified persons/person last night. The incident is reported to have been taken place at his room near Lucky Café at Bath’ah, a City centre of Riyadh. The cause of and the persons behind the incident is not yet known clearly. He was working at a Lingerie shop near Bath’ah. Bath’ah is the hub of commercial and business places, and meeting place for all the people particularly expatriates.
It is reported from reliable sources that he was supposed to go to the shop prior to the incident day; but he never showed up either in his shop nor anywhere in the city; his mobile phone was also ringing but was out of response. So, the people who knew him were in diligent search of him and finally they came in to his room as the door of the room was closed but not latched. When they opened the door, Ismail was in the pool of blood in his room as his neck was chopped up sharply, which left a clear hunch that he was murdered with sharp-edged devices.

After conducting a spot mahzar in the incident place, they took the dead body to SumeshiHospital in Riyadh for keeping the corpse in the morgue for further investigation and legal formalities as per the law of the Kingdom. No one is being allowed to visit the hospital to see the remains due to some security reasons as the case is of unnatural death. The investigation is on as the Saudi police authorities are good enough to track down the clue of the incident. No one has so far been arrested in this connection.
The deceased hailed from Jokatte in Mangalore. He had been in the Kingdom since several years. It has been informed to Daijiworld that he sometimes back left the Kingdom on final exit due to financial loss he incurred in his sponsored petty business.
