If I refresh my memory Swamiji is fasting when there is 'Burqua' row in one of the colleges in Udupi District. Today once again he is fasting when local BJP MLA calling for the bandh in Udupi District. Both the issues having the political inclination.

Ashta Mutt seer remained silent after Shiroor Swami’s death till the cases were closed seems to get some rejuvenated as the election to the Lak Sabha is getting closer.

When Karnataka is looted by the Reddy brothers of Bellary and crowned Lord Tirumala there are no words.
In Tamil Nadu billions of tons of precious radioactive grade sand were exported with total environmental destruction which party is directly benefited by BJP through its close alliance which they are know controlling through remote control from Delhi.

Today Tamil Nadu is facing severe drought and depend on downflow of Cauvery. In Udupi, despite one of the highest rainfall each year, there is a severe drought-like situation.

Any unscientific extraction of sand is a manmade catastrophe to the local environment. Today there are no Kota Shivaram Karanth is left to raise their voice.

Do Udupi citizens wanted to another Tamil Nadu or fasting on to death by religious leaders to benefit political leaders of the specific party?

You are acting as if scientist
Read Daiji owns news report in which Udupi DC said extraction of sand required in many locations and not required in some locations .It's not that extraction of sand is not good .
For example in some locations over the cost of sand is not removed it will lead to formation of Rock which can lead to drought like situation on the Shote permanently
