Puttur: Three Electricity Sub-stations to be Commissioned on Nov 23

Puttur Nov 22: The three long-awaited electric sub-stations  will start  functioning from  Sunday November 23 onwards.

Netlamudnoor 220 kv , Salettoor 110 kv and Nellyadi 33 kv electric sub-stations  will be inaugurated by K S Eshwarappa, state energy minister.

With the inauguration of these sub-stations, electricity supply in the district  will stand  streamlined and power distribution will be even. Power break downs because of  technical problems  will come to an end and voltage fluctuations are expected to drastically  come down.

After the inauguration, Eshwarappa will address the people at a public meeting  to be held at  the Kille Maidan in the town.

He will also hold a meeting  with the officials regarding the electricity problems in the district at the Okkaliga auditorium.
