Union Minister Kushwaha seeks PM's intervention in Bihar seat-sharing

Patna, Nov 24 (IANS): Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) chief and Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha on Saturday sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi's intervention to settle the issue of seat-sharing in the National Democratic Alliance in Bihar for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.

Kushwaha had last week given an ultimatum to the Bharatiya Janata Party, which leads the NDA government at the Centre, to ensure a respectful number of seats for the RLSP by November 30.

On Saturday, he said: "PM Modi should come forward and intervene to settle seat- sharing for the RLSP in the NDA".

Kushwaha said he would seek an appointment with Modi and visit New Delhi to meet him.
