Mangaluru, Dec 2: The case in which the wife of a man placed a demand for Rs one crore threatening to kill him, if not paid, the father of the accused lady, Vasudev Prabhu was granted conditional bail. However, the main accused Ambika Nayak and B Manjunath are still not traced.
The court granted conditional bail to arrested father of accused Ambika on Saturday, December 1. The bail was granted on bond of Rs one lac and one surety. The accused Vasudev Prabhu is also told by the court not to try to destroy the evidence and attend the inquiry whenever he is called for the same.

Vasudev Prabhu was arrested on November 27. It is learnt that Ambika Nayak and B Manjunath are hiding somewhere in and around Manipal. Police are on the lookout.
