Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Dec 18: Most parts of coastal Karnataka experienced cloudy weather on Monday. There was marked reduction in temperature during Monday and Tuesday mornings and Monday night.

The meteorological department has said that this is the result of sudden fall in atmospheric pressure caused by Pethai cyclone that has been devastating Andhra Pradesh.

The department has predicted possibility of light rain here and there in southern interior Karnataka for the next two days. It also said that the coast might experience cloudy weather for three to four more days.
