Mangaluru: Our New Year is only Yugadi – Pramod Muthalik

‘Prof Bhagawan has gone towards devil instead of to Ram’

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (EP)

Mangaluru, Dec 29: Pramod Muthalik speaking in 41th Ekaha Bhajanotsava programme of Subramanya Bhajana Mandali in Neermarga, Mangaluru, on Friday December 28, said that author Prof Bhagawan has lost his way and gone to devil instead of Ram. “Let him come for a discussion about Ramayana that he read. He has given statements about Ramayana that are detrimental to the religious sentiments of people. The government should register criminal case against him or declare that he is mentally sick,” he said.

Speaking about New Year celebrations, he said that those are not celebrations. “Our New Year is only Yugadi. People should not celebrate this New Year. If at all they want to celebrate, they should go to Subramanya temple. The government has given permission for celebrations this year even though a huge mishap had occurred on that day in Bengaluru last year. The government does it for income from liquor. If the government does not act against it, instead of each such day, there will be death day.”

Regarding Ram Mandir, he said that the campaign has lasted for 30 years. “We have gone to jail for it. Should we go to jail for it again? Ram Mandir should be constructed before 2019 elections. Only Narendra Modi can do it. Rahul Gandhi or communists will not construct it. There should be two letters from every house written to Modi urging for it,” he said.

“Bhagawan is spreading lies for publicity. The government has protected such shameless devil.” Regarding Sabrimala, he said that he respects the verdict of the court. “However the court should not judge matters concerning religion. The matter should have been decided by seers or religious scholars and not by court,” he said.

As Pramod Muthalik how many months in 'Yugadi' Calendar. If he answers then ask all the months from top to bottom in chronological sequence.
This man key conspirator of the Hubli courtyard bomb blast should have tried long back for terror charges. His name also listed in the 'Saffron terror' files of late Hemant Karkare.
In technicality, Goa has banned because BJP government in Goa shields 'Sanatan Sanstha' and sister outfit Hindu Jagarna Vedike.
His organization can't spread the roots in Goa, so he is busy spreading communal tensions in Karnataka using Lord Rama name for his living.
The inability of the law to act and continues political backing has made this man from nowhere. I don't mind this man 'lynched' by a mob for lasting peace.

Depressed people never celebrate anything. All looks bad for them evan if they see themselves in the mirror he may say OMG it's me.

He is a lost soul neither love god nor love his own belief. Such people should be completely removed from society and given them a mental counseling.

Such people destroy good society for monetary benefits of themselves. Who is to tell people what is to be celebrated. Did anyone asked him or did anyone required such mental person permission. I don't think so. People enjoy the new year with full fun.

Mr. Muthalik, you celebrate what you want we will celebrate what we want. You know it very well that we don't listen to you neither we want someone like you in our society.

Why don't you celebrate new year on the day/date you attacked women in Mangalore pub? That suits you the best. You are a man with bangles in hand who attached women. We ignore you to the core.

Why don't we ignore this chap totally.... He is not required by anyone. Even BJP didn't allow him to join their party and other parties like Congress and JDS don't show him any respect either.

I am shocked in to see, those who cry against western culture are the one using western designed outfits and their children go to English medium school.

I am sure, even your Sena members will definitely celebrate New Year party too.

Again division in the name of religion. There is nothing called January 1st as a Christian celebrating new year. It is globally celebrated and accepted. as January 1st is the first day of the New Year. That is the basic.
It is left to the individual to celebrates New year on January first. After all, the wisdom of our forefathers still prevailing in the world and will continue.
