Abu Dhabi: ISC to conduct Arab Udupi UAE 'Open Throwball Championship' on Jan 25

Abu Dhabi, Jan 24: India Social & Cultural Centre (ISC), the award winning socio-cultural organization for expatriate Indians in UAE, will conduct its 7th ISC - Arab Udupi UAE Open Throwball Championship at ISC premises on January 25 from 9.00 am onwards.

Top throwball teams from all over UAE are expected to take part in this championship. The Championship will be organized in a professional manner, and qualified technical officials will officiate the tournament. The matches will be played on 'League-Cum-Knock out Basis'. Each team shall consist of nine players and maximum three substitutes. The tournament is open only to Indian residents in UAE.

Awards for the championship are as follows:
ISC - Arab Udupi UAE Open Throwball Championship' - trophy and cash prize shall be awarded to the winning team. Also, special individual awards for best server, best receiver and best all-rounder of the championship.

  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided to the team players
  • Rules and regulations, entry forms and further details regarding the championship will be notified later
  • Last date for confirming the entries will be January 20
  • The entry fee for each team will be AED 300 (AED three hundred only)
