Canada: MAC to organise Lenten mission with renowned preachers from Mar 9

Canada, Feb 27: The Mangalorean Association of Canada (MAC) under the dynamic leadership of its incumbent president Manohar Pais and spiritual secretary Ronald D’Souza, is all set have a great beginning this New Year with graceful and spirit-filled spiritual mission during the Lenten season. The main preacher would be Sr Hazel D’Souza, a renowned preacher from Mumbai, accompanied by Fr Henry Alva and Fr Roshan D’Souza. Fr.Edwin D’Souza, spiritual director of MAC would be the main celebrant for all the Masses.

Starting from March 9, spiritual thirst-quenching retreat talks will be preached on every Saturdays during the Holy month of Lent. All talks will be based on Holy Bible. The graceful retreat will focus on an in-depth enlightenment towards the Word of God. There will be a special spiritual talk addressed to the Youth on March 30 by Sr Hazel. This spiritual programme will be held at Sts Martha & Mary Church, Mississauga. The programme will start at 6.00 pm with Way of the Cross in Konkani followed by Holy Mass in Konkani and retreat talk.

Sr Hazel D'Souza is renowned Catholic preacher from Mumbai will be the main preacher for this Lenten mission. She is preaching the Word of God since more than 25 years and has preached the Gospel at Tabor Ashram, Divine Retreat Center and all over the world.

Undoubtedly, everyone who is going to attend the spiritual mission will have a great soul-elevating experience. The Konkani community in Mississauga and the surrounding areas are invited to attend in large numbers to attend the enriching and spirit-filled mission.
