Mangaluru: Five inter-state thieves arrested near Ullal

Mangaluru, Feb 28: Ullal police and anti-rowdy squad arrested five inter-state thieves, who were attempting a theft on Tuesday, February 26.

The arrested persons are Mohammed Fazil (24), Anas (21), Mohammed Shareef (25), Saleem (30) and Sujith (24).

Mohammed Fazil has been charged for his involvement in several theft cases in Kerala.

 

They were arrested while attempting to carry out theft near Ullal. They also used a vehicle by changing number plate to carry out the crime. The police have seized a vehicle, weapons and other valuables worth Rs 4 lac.
