Case filed in Bihar court against Kanhaiya Kumar for anti-Modi remarks

Kishanganj (Bihar), Mar 7 (PTI): A complaint was lodged at a court here Wednesday against former JNU students’ union president Kanhaiya Kumar over his alleged objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The petition was registered at the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minorities’ cell state vice president Titu Badwal.

In his complaint, Badwal alleged that Kumar had made the “incendiary” comments at the Anjuman Islamia Hall here on Monday.

The case has been filed in the registry of the court and would be taken up for hearing in due course.

The former student leader, who is all set to make his electoral debut from Begusarai Lok Sabha seat on a Communist Party of India (CPI) ticket, was addressing a public meeting organised by the party.

Formerly associated with AISA, Kumar had first hogged limelight three years ago when he was booked in a case related to the alleged raising of anti-India slogans inside the JNU campus.

whole nation is confused. We can scold the honourable Prime Minister... we can object Government initiatives , we can talk bad about Prime Minister, We can question our Defense and National Security team... we can question Military leaders who are owning the national security... we can talk non sense about Hindu community which is so called Mejority in the nation. Minors are capable of objecting and stopping a Temple to be built for a Hindu God.... anybody can talk good about our rivalry country ... anybody can go and come back to that country and talk good and praising that nation...

But ... but...Wonder is that.... biggest blame on our country is "India has become Intolerance"... "no freedom in the country" ... "PM is a dictator" ..." No freedom of speech".... some minority people feel unsafe...

Can anybody connect the 2 independent sections here.... God only knows..
