Soldier dies, another injured in gas cylinder blast


Jammu, Mar 24 (IANS): A soldier was killed and another injured on Sunday when a cooking gas cylinder exploded in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district.

Police said the soldiers were carrying the cylinder inside their barrack in Janglote camp when it went off, killing Naik Deepank Twang from Darjeeling.

The injured soldier is being treated in a hospital, police said.
