Bengaluru, Mar 27: The state high court has quashed an appeal filed against a lower court order that had refused to entertain the request of the petitioner in Vinayak Baliga murder case to cancel bail granted to main accused, Naresh Shenoy. This appeal was filed by Anuradha Baliga, sister of slain Vinayak Baliga.

Anuradha had gone on appeal against the order of the sixth additional district and sessions court here that had turned down her application to cancel bail to Naresh Shenoy. The single judge bench of the state high court, presided by Justice B A Patil, which had heard the appeal earlier, had reserved its order. It pronounced its order on Tuesday.

The high court, while dismissing the appeal, expressed the view that Naresh Shenoy's participation in the annual car festival of the local temple as a devotee and his taking part in the community feast arranged on this occasion as a volunteer and distribution of food to temple devotees cannot be considered as violation of bail conditions.

The single judge bench of the Karnataka state High Court these days became an institute of grave injustice.
Though Goddess of Justice is blindfolded to give justice, the Karnataka High Court judges act like blind while giving a verdict insulating themselves from the truth.

These days this HC benches made sensational giving clean chit BJP Party President Yedurappa in corruption, Ramachandrapura Math swami in rape and murder and cancellation bail to murder accuse of RTI activist Vinayak Baliga.

In Gujarat then Modi minister Maya Kodnani and Babu Bajrangi who are rewarded life sentence given bail on health grounds, roaming free and attending in BJP's election campaign.

It seems Karnataka High Court is competing with Gujarat when it comes to accused from BJP and Sangh Parivar for 'Clean chit'.

The accused who is on bail moving around the MP of DK. So if we want Baliga's family to get justice we have to change the MP and party at the center. This is the situation in our country, what would it be in outer space.
