Bengaluru: Assault on Anand Singh - Kampli MLA Ganesh approaches HC

Bengaluru, Mar 30: Kampli MLA, J N Ganesh, who has been facing the charge of beating up another Congress MLA, Anand Singh, has now approached the state high court, seeking bail in the case.

The application seeking bail moved by Ganesh in the special court for people's representatives here had been quashed by the court on March 25. Ganesh therefore has knocked at the doors of the high court. His application has not yet been taken up for hearing.

 

Ganesh, in is application, has accused the investigating officials of hiding some actual facts in their report. He has sought bail, duly claiming that the arguments being placed on behalf of the police department are not based on true facts.
