Mangalore: Multi-lingual Drama Contest at Kalangan from Mar 12

: ‘Mandd Sobhann’ will organize ‘Ranga Souhardha’, a multilingual drama competition at Kalangann here from Thursday March 12.
 
Addressing media persons at the Press Club here on Saturday March 7, Eric Ozario, Gurkar, Mannd Sobhann, informed that Tulu, Beary, Malayalam, Kannada, Kodava, and Konkani dramas would be performed in the six-day competition.
 
Vijaya Kumar Kodialbailand team will perform‘Kode, Ini, Yelle’, a Tulu drama on the first day followed by Ninansam Heggodu’s Kannada play ‘Kathana Kuthuhala’ on Friday March 13.

Narthana Kalalaya team from Calicut will perform Malayalam drama ‘Jyothirgamaya’ on Saturday March 14 while Udenthi Kalakar Cassia team will stage Konkani drama ‘Rathnagiricho Sardar’ on Sunday March 15.

‘Kunchali MBBS’ a Beary drama, will be performed by Beary’s Melodis team on Monday March 16 while Srusti Kodagu Ranga, a troupe from Ponnampet, will perform Kodava drama ‘Mott’ on Tuesday March 17.
 
Ozario said that this is a small step towards creating a peaceful environment in society. Entry is free and the shows will begin at 6.30 pm.
 
Louie J Pinto, Staney Alvares, Rony Crasta and Titus Noronha, were present at the press meet.
