BJP government's approval ratings drop by 12 points in a month: CVOTER-IANS tracker

New Delhi, Apr 14 (IANS): The net approval rating of the Narendra Modi government has dropped 12 points between March 12 and April 12, according to the CVOTER-IANS tracker.

The performance rating of the Central government had peaked in the days after the Balakot air strike on February 26, touching the highest level of 62.06 on March 7.

After remaining in the 50s till March 22, the approval ratings have come down to 43.25 on April 12, a day after the first phase of polls held for 91 Lok Sabha seats.

Exactly a month ago on March 12, the approval rating of the government was 55.28.

The tracker findings are based on survey of people who were asked if they are "very satisfied", "satisfied to some extent", "not satisfied" and "Dont' know/can't say" about the performance of the Central government led by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

On March 7, 51.32 per cent of the respondents had said they were very satisfied with the performance of the government. However, the net approval rating, taking into account all the responses, has been in constant decline and is settling into the pre-Pulwama levels.

The government's net approval rating was 32.4 on January 1 and remained between 30 and 40 for the entire month before rising steadily after the mid-February when the Pulwama attack took place which was followed by air strike against Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) camp in Balakot resulting in sharp rise.

A pappu is already PM, who doesn't know the ABC of economic policy, and is a megalomaniac to boot.. Problem is, this pappu is also a fascist who leads hate against his own countrymen. Hopefully we will get some respite after May

The ratings would fall further as election progresses as the theory of Diminishing Marginal Utility catches up with any incumbent government using only propaganda & dividing formula to garner votes continues for last 6 years with no development or economical harakiri causing hardship all over India.
Notwithstanding blind supporters who dream to cross 300 seats in this election many bubbles are blown so big they are bound to explode or implode & nightmare might begin for the NDA.
One newspaper had headlines if not guilty why fear IT(yesterday's speech by PM )? The same applies to himself why fear CBI chief whom he suspended at 12 in the night, why runaway from Press or debates, why bjp is against JPC, if he is innocent in Rafale Scam?

1.Where are 2 crore jobs (per year) for our youth?
2.Why have Fuel and Food prices increased?
3.Where are 100 smart cities in 5 years?
4.Where is Rs.15 lakhs per person / black money as promised by Modi?
5.Why was Demonetization a DISASTROUS SCAM?
6.Why has 'Make in India' failed ?
    7.Why has 'Skill India' failed?
    8.Why has GST failed?
9.Why did BJP allow Mallya, Nirav , Choksi and Lalit Modi to loot and escape?
10.Why are Farmers still committing suicide due to debts and no support?
    11. Why has law & order collapsed in BJP ruled states?

If these 43% vote for Modi then BJP will get around 350 seats. I think it is still very high. Even BJP is okay with 32 to 35% giving them 300 seats.
