Mangaluru: Animal lover puts reflective belt on street dogs to avoid accidents

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Apr 26: Street dogs that loiter on the streets get killed by speeding vehicles especially in the night. Animal protector and dog lover Tauseef has invented a unique idea of preventing the street dogs from getting killed in the night by colliding with the vehicles.

Tauseef has put reflective belts around the neck of the street dogs in order to safeguard them against road accidents. He has already put reflective belts to more than 500 dogs in areas like Tannirbhavi, Bejai, Kuloor and Morgans Gate area of the city, where the street dogs are more in numbers. The accidents in these areas have reduced considerably due to the implementation of this unique technique.

As the demand for these belts has increased another 100 belts are procured. At present, Tauseef is doing this free of cost but has plans of getting sponsorship in future.

Locals and public in generally are really impressed by the compassionate step taken by Tauseef towards saving dogs as well as avoiding accidents in the night. Tauseef is not only a dog lover but also loves snakes and birds and treats the sick animals also. It is very rare in present days to find a unique person like Tauseef who is so concerned about the animals in and around us.

    LEARN FROM DOGS!!!
FEED A DOG ONLY ONE DAY IT WILL NEVER FORGET YOU TILL HIS DEATH...
    BUT HUMAN????
YOU FEED 365 DAYS AND IF YOU TELL HIM ONE DAY TODAY THERE IS NO FOOD... HE WILL ABUSE YOU IN A BEST POSSIBLE LANGUAGE...
THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HUMAN AND A DOG!!!

Animals knows protect themselves better than human-beings. It's nature's gift. You cannot build maternity.homes for them for there convenience. Actually humans are selfish. They chain them for there use..by giving food 24 hours without thinking of it's freedom. Some animals become mentally disturbed.
