    Shankar, Mangaluru ,

Agree, computer glitches happen everywhere....but we should be prepared for it with standby server's before the glitch occurs ....its called mirroring...copying everything from Server in real time for 'Disaster Recovery'.....outage should be 4 minutes not 4 hours...even better if outage is 4 Mili seconds, so nobody even notice it !!!....

Now coming back to 'Air India'... in my opinion worst Airline in the world...I am waiting for a 'Mercy Death' for Air India....which is long overdue....Government always used Air-India for selfish reasons....examples are many...For Prime-'s ( of all parties, starting from Nehru to Modi ) to travel at AI planes for International travels...at the expense of poor tax payers...When Deve Gowda was PM...he found CM Ibrahim fit for Civil Aviation Minister...its on record he asked 10 Crore bribe from Ratan Tata!!!...

Air-India is needed for ruling parties for such activities...Please close the doors of Air-India forever and stop the bleeding of Tax-Payers money..

    ...Tak...Takk...

Such problems can happen to anyone.Lately there was a problem in one of the flight server. And thatswhy many flights had to be cancelled ,due to that. They foundout it fast and many passengeers were given alternative either to fly by another flight or stay in hotels. Here it has happend to our sick patient ,and a big discussion is started. At present many outsiders hack in the IT .and make many people s life problematic.Let us not make our life harder by abusing each other and find faults by others.

Everything rectified and was back to normalcy at 7.30 am this morning. The glitch was from 3.30 am.
The report should have been on rectification of the problem in such a short duration of 4 hours unlike foreign media who try to shame India and its flagship carrier!

Why you blame any media..?? Fact is fact.. How come server down of national reputed Airlines. Even its pride of our national carriage. Its something fisheye. All big servers had automatic mirroring facility, incase any main server had issue. Now here all tax paying guys had right to ask government. Chowkidar tag not giving jobs or food to hungry stomach. Meantime, why chowkidar required NSG security, may its new type of high-class chowkidar. Try to live in reality, because life not imaginary Hollywood Avengers Movie..

    These IT glitches are common.
Last year we had the same problem with Lufthansa Frankfurt and Delta Atlanta. In both cases, it took 6 to 7 hours for rectification !
I don't have to justify anything on the prefix Chowkidar to a person who hides his first name!

Your gesture is very clear like Chowkidar, giving example of failed aspects. Just see the progress of Frankfurt & Atlanta. Why cant you give the example of Japan or China or Israel on rectifying issue by lighting speed.

Hi! Cwowkidar, don't blame to IT. First blame your feku PM and his administration. IT, CBI, ED, RBI, etc. are under feku & jumla government. You can't digest now what is going in India after 2014.
