Chitradurga, Apr 30: While passing SSLC is a celebration for many, for one student the celebration turned tragedy.
Siddhesh (45) was overjoyed when his daughter secured good marks in SSLC. Hence, he set out to buy sweets to distribute among friends and relatives.
While he was on his way back after purchasing sweets from Chitradurga, a tempo hit his bike near Kadabana Katte. Siddesh died on the spot.
A case is registered in Turuvanur police station.
