Mangaluru: Divine Homes’ residential apartment ‘Savera’ inaugurated at Bejai

Mangaluru, May 17: Divine Homes’ ‘Savera’, a residential apartment, being the 2nd project of Divine Homes was inaugurated by Fr Joseph Vaniyanthara, director of Divine Retreat Centre here at Bejai New Road on Thursday, May 16.

The project has 16 flats located at a prime location here on Bejai New Road with all the basic amenities for the occupants such as automated elevator, CCTV security, spacious lobby, reticulated gas, fully loaded generator, water purification unit, rain water harvesting, thumb/card access, fire fighting system, children's play area etc.

Assistant parish priest of Bejai parish Fr Vinod Lobo blessed the building. In regard with this Fr .Joesph Vaniyanthara said, "This apartment is a blessing to all the families residing here with the divine intervention of God."

The director of Infant Jesus Shrine Bikarnakatte Fr.Prakash D'Cunha also graced the occasion.

The ISO certificate was handed over to Jennifer Menezes, proprietor of Divine Homes by senior advocate M P Shenoy.

Many guests graced the occasion along with corporator of Bejai Lancelot Pinto, Mahabala Munnur of M M Constructions, Suresh Kumar, Dinesh, Anil Hegde, Francis Pinto, Prakash Pandeshwar, Dennis among other entrepreneurs.

Matilda Pinto compered the programme and Jennifer Menezes rendered the vote of thanks.
