Dubai : Kannadigas Benefit from Blood Camp by Karnataka Sangha

Dubai, May 4: Karnataka Sangha President C.R.Shetty inaugurated the Blood Camp at the Prime Medical Centre, Dubai on friday, May 1, 2009  at 3 p m in front of various guests.  There were several kannadigas who were present to donate blood and also benefit from the free medical camp. 

















Free transport arrangements were made for the labourers to come from their labour camps for the medical test and also to donate blood. Prominent film star from sandalwood 'Challenging Star' Darshan along with another kannada hero Prem surprised everyone with their presence.  All the people were delighted to see the kannada film stars at the Prime Medical Centre.  Daijiworld and Radio Spice 105.4 cooperated with the publicity for the social event.

Shetty said that the Karnataka Sangha plans to have many such activities for the benefit of the public during the year.  Other leading committee members including Daya Kirodian , Girish Shetty, K.R.Tantry, Manohar Hegde, Satish Venkatraman, Chandrashekhar, Jayanth Shetty were also present.
