Why police are unable to catch any such fraud and scammers??? Now all accounts are linked to Adhar and PAN cards! How it is not possible to nab the person withdrawing money from various accounts. True it is stupidity of victim! Is not there any way to catch and jail these Africans teamed with North Indians??? I guess cyber police has more work to do on this apart from warning people on such practices!
It takes days for complaint to move from one state to other and delay allows scammer to relax and hunt new victim.
