Margao, May 26: Leader of the opposition in the state assembly Manohar Parrikar on Tuesday May 26, was admitted in to Appolo Hospital Margao, after complaining of chest pain. He is recuperating here.
After he complained of chest pain in the morning, he was soon rushed to Appolo Victor Hospital in the morning and had to undergo emergency angioplasty.
The doctors at the hospital stated that his condition was stable and that he is recovering in the intensive care unit of the hospital. .
As the doctors have advised him complete rest, he is expected to remain in the hospital approximately for at least a week and is expected to resume normal work within a period of three weeks there after.
