Hyderabad: Mass for children of KCWA held

Hyderabad, Jul 22: Kanara Catholic Welfare Association (KCWA), Hyderabad, celebrated an annual event of the association on June 30.

Members of the association celebrated a Mass in Konkani for the wellbeing of the children of the association and for success of the children in the new academic year. KCWA president Capt Alwyn Menezes welcomed the gathering. Fr Valentine D’Mello celebrated the Holy Mass. The choir sang hymns in Konkani and English. Children brought various offerings in offertory symbolising various aspects of their life.



Fr Valentine D’Mello had special blessings for the children after the Mass. General secretary Lavina D’Souza rendered the vote of thanks. Special Hyderabadi biryani was served for lunch to the gathering.
