Mumbai, Jul 22: The first annual meeting of Baidarkala Pancha Dhoomavati Garadi Seva Trust was held at Billavara Bhavan auditorium, Santacruz east on July 21. Seva Trust president Nithyananda D Kotian chaired the meeting.

Seva Trust vice president D B Ameen, Vishwanath Thonse, honorary chief secretary Sanjiva Poojary Thonse, honorary chief treasurer Raviraj Kallianpur and joint secretary Karunaker B Poojary were on the dais.

Nithyananda Kotian in his presidential address called on members to distribute scholarships to community students.

Executive committee members Ashok M Kotian Thane, Soma Suvarna, Vittal S Poojary, Roopkumar Kallianpur, Suresh Anchan, Sadananda B Poojary and Vijay Palan were present. Ravi Poojary, Suresh Kotian, V C Poojary, Ashok M Kotian and Vittal S Poojary expressed their opinions.

Bharati Suvarna and Laxmi D Anchan sang prayer songs. Karunaker B Poojary read the report of the previous year’s meeting. Raviraj Kallianpur tabled the annual accounts. Sanjiva Poojary Thonse welcomed and proposed the vote of thanks.
