Accountant robbed of 10 lakh in north Delhi


New Delhi, Jul 23 (IANS): An accountant was allegedly robbed by two bike-borne miscreants to the tune of Rs 10 lakh at gun-point in north Delhi, the police said on Monday.

According to the police, the accountant identified as Jagat alleged he was travelling to his work place in Keshav Puram area after collecting payment from his parties.

"When the accused reached Lawrence Road, he was stopped by two unidentified bike-borne accused, who robbed him of the cash," a senior police officer told IANS.
